A Few Reminders:
Your account number has not changed. However, all account suffixes have changed from a letter to a two-digit number. For example, your new Savings suffix is 00, and your new Checking suffix is 01. You may refer to our Frequently Asked Questions below for a complete list of new account suffixes.
A new Online Banking platform is available as a result of the system upgrade. All members are required to re-enroll in Online Banking.
You will not have to re-enroll in eStatements. If you were previously enrolled in eStatements with our old Online Banking platform, you will not have to re-enroll. However, you must re-enroll in Online Banking before you are able to access your eStatements. If you do not re-enroll in Online Banking, a paper statement will be mailed, and you will be subject to paper statement fees beginning January 31, 2019.
You will not have to re-enroll in Online Bill Payer if you were previously an Online Bill Payer user on the old Online Banking platform.
