Free Online Banking offers access to your accounts at your convenience. •••NEW!••• Stop Payments and Member-to-Member Transfers are now available within Online Banking:
•Stop Payments are located in the Self Service tab. Choose either a check or ACH Stop Payment, whichever is applicable to your request. When entering your Stop Payment information, please verify the check number (for a check Stop Payment) or company/payee name (for an ACH Stop Payment). Your Stop Payment request may not be successful if this information does not exactly match the debiting company/payee. You cannot place a Stop Payment on ATM or Debit Card transactions. The Stop Payment fee (refer to Fee Schedule) will be automatically deducted from the account on which you are placing the Stop Payment.
•Member-to-Member Transfers are located in the Transactions tab. You only need the recipient's first and last name, and their phone number - All account numbers are kept private. Choose the account number you wish to transfer the funds from, and there's even a optional memo line available. Please Note: The phone number entered for the recipient must match the primary phone number we have on file. Funds will be transferred into the lowest Checking Account number on which the recipient is primary. If no Checking Account is located, the transfer will be deposited into the Regular Savings Account.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
Our free RDC service allows you to take a picture of a check with your mobile device and deposit it into your EU account. It's easy to use, convenient, and available now through our free Mobile App. Once you've downloaded and logged into the Mobile App, simply navigate to the Menu, and select Deposit Check, found in the Transactions section. Make sure you read the important Welcome Notification regarding proper endorsement and check hold time, and follow the step-by-step instructions to make your deposit.
Free Mobile Alerts help you stay on top of your finances and account activities, and are customizable to your needs. Mobile Alerts will send a text message to notify you about account activities such as low balances, withdrawals, deposits, loan payment reminders, and more! Mobile Alert settings are found in the Self Service tab of your Online Banking or Mobile App account.
Free eStatements give you the ability to view, print, or download your account statements using Online Banking or our Mobile App. No more waiting for the mail to arrive, and say goodbye to paper clutter. They’re fast, free, safe, and secure, and enrollment in eStatements will waive paper statement fees. Simply log into your online account and select eStatements from the Accounts drop-down box. Then, click on the Enroll eStatement link found next to the account number you wish to enroll. A confirmation statement will appear; click the OK button and you're enrolled - It’s just that easy!
Online Bill Payer
Stop wasting time writing checks and waiting for them to clear! Free Online Bill Payer can be accessed through both Online Banking and our Mobile App. It’s easy to add, delete, and manage your bills electronically, all in one place. Online Bill Payer will send your payments electronically whenever possible, but if the person or company you are paying doesn’t accept electronic payments, a check will be printed and mailed for you instead. Login to your online account and select Bill Payer from the Transactions drop-down box. Then, follow the step-by-step instructions to set up your payments. My Mobile Money Debit Card App
The free My Mobile Money App gives you complete control over how, when, and where your ECU MasterCard Debit Card is used, and it helps protect you against debit card fraud. You can easily turn your debit card off if you’ve misplaced it, and then turn it back on again once it’s found. This is especially helpful if your debit card is stolen - Simply turn it off to help prevent unauthorized purchases. You can also set up mobile alerts, to your specific parameters, notifying you when your debit card is used. Download the app from iTunes or Google Play.
eZCard gives you free online access to all of your ECU Platinum Visa Credit Card account information. Check balances and transaction information, view, print, or download statements, enroll in free Visa eStatements, set up and manage recurring or one-time payments, view rewards, and more!
